This is a really yummy Gluten Free Sandwich.
It is so easy to make and it’s really healthy as well. You can make Vegetarian and Vegan version of it too!
I use any brand of Gluten Free Bread that you like to start with and toast the slices lightly on a flat sandwich toaster.
Boil and egg, cut it in slices and put it on first. Then grate some carrot, zucchini, tomato slices, baby spinach and Lettuce. Season as your like.
Simple, filling and really yummy. Hardly any fat content at all so it’s perfect for anyone having issues with fat absorption.
